Sprint's gotten even worse in the last year. This whole Dan Hesse "turnaround" has made the company worse. They continue to LOSE customers, and have yet to turn anything around.
Their customer service is STILL horrible. The reps are inconsiderate, and borderline rude. They continue to make promises that they can't keep, and when you press the issue, they start pulling excuses from the air.
They do not empower their representatives to make things right. Their executive services team is wortheless, and they should just place all of those people back on the phones taking orders and not providing customer service along with the rest of them.
They are a joke. I can only hope and pray that sometime soon they end up going under and that everyone gets their asses fired, and ends up homeless. I hate Sprint with a passion!
