Welcome to the SprintPCS-sucks Blog. I started this Blog as a method to relieve a little stress, vent some frustration, effect some action against Sprint PCS cellular service, and hopefully entertain. You can post anonymous comments or you can register for an account.

Sprint is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they are rude, I have been lied to, ignored, poorly handled, they just over bill at random, Told by a manager that it’s my problem not his. The service sucks – I can’t use the phone at my house in the middle a major suburb – I have to go outside to talk to anyone. The reps at the Sprint stores don’t know how to use the phones. Right now I have been on the phone with a woman from the Philippines for 78 minutes and again am on hold.

It’s my goal to tell at least one person every day how awful Sprint is.

In March 2007 I went to colombia to train the Antinarcotics police in aeromedical evacuation with their own equipment. During the time we spent out of the urban environment, I lost my Sprint PCS phone.

Being aout of the country and worse, out of an urban or metropolitan area, I had to wait a few days to report the loss...

I then received a bill for over $500 worth of calls that were done on my lost phone.

Sprint was contacted via email...the situation explaines and it was referred to the fraud department in ?May? Funny, they never got the report.

Now I have been getting calls at the rate of 2 to 3 a day from their "collections Office" and today I received a demand for payment of $$791.10 (In US Funds, it states) and it has escalated to this amount without any information regarding the issue.

I wish I knew a way to get the CEO of Sprint to appear in Court because I want them to sue me...I will not commit a cent to pay for something that is not an expense I accrued.

I will continue to email and call them to let them know...and I spoke to Othelia at RPM, Reliable Performance Management.....who states she would place a stopo calling deal for 30 days...Big....Deal.....!!!!

What do I do to get Sprint to stop collection and erase the debt from all the agencies they have reported it to?

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dey do suck
