After leaving Sprint (Nextel) after 7 years to go sell for another "largetst" carrier, I could not believe how desparate Sprint really is. 4 months after leaving, I started receiving invoices for my old company issued phone and Blackberry lines! The same phone and Blackberry they took from my hands the day they walked me out upon my resignation. Now it's gone to collections, tarnished my credit after dozens of calls into Sprint. They told me I signed something to this effect which has not been proven (nor is it true). I'm going to finally pay the settlement charge only because it's hurting me more than them but I will be sure to get the word out to all my ex-coworkers there and let them know what they can expect.

I signed up for sprint over a year ago, I got their insurance for a new phone if mine became useless, well it did become useless, and guess what to get a new phone it will cost me 50 bucks, this is on top of the nearly 200 bucks i gave them already, I know i was not told about the added 50 dollars it was going to cost me, lesson learned,, their insurance is a scam,,,I will never use sprint again ever

I live in overland park, ks, opposite to Sprint's HQ, there are frequant call drops due to week network here, im frustrated with it. if thats the case just outside its HQ then what wud be the case in other parts of country anyone can imagine!!

Sprint sucks!!! They over billed me on july and I paid to not get disconnected, they said I was going to be refunded on august statement, and guess what, they over billed me again in august, and are saying there's no record of my conversation and the rep who assisted me, and no record of over payment...I was so stupid and didn't used to keep receipts, for now on, i will do...They over billed me for $68 between july and august...
