I just spent the last 14 days trying to get a $700.00 phone bill taken care of with no luck. Upon reviewing my phone bill line by line, I observed about 50% of my calls to my own number. That is because I am using minutes to call my own phone? How does that work when they say that you can call any Sprint phone number? Isn't my number a Sprint number?



Also, I have a 2100 minute package but clearly am being charged for nights and weekends.



Any Suggestions!

You ever notice that they have two types of hold times. When you need something like a refund or help, you hold forever, but to avoid that just call and follow the instructioins for settign up a new acount. they also make notes in your acount like "demanding" "rude" and so on so when you call they can give you an attitude right away before you even get started.

I have a credit ballance and have closed my acount.Now they will not send me the money back. PLEASE tell everone you know to not use sprint. THEY SUCK. I call I hold and then they say our system is updating, or I am sorry your acount is closed so I can't do anything about it. I want the 145.00 dollars they owe me.

I got the employee referral for the cheap $30/month plan! Wow so great until they charge me full price for everything, try making me verify the employee, after I did they still refused to give me the deal. Spring is going down the tubes!!!!!!!!!!!!!
