God forbid you go over your minutes. They are more than happy to triple your bill at .40 cents a minute. SPRINTS SUCKS!!! I hope this lawsuit sticks so I can rid of them sooner than when my contract expires in MAY 09 w/o termination fees......

i am working as a sales representative in sprint and i can say that sprint does all that it can inorder to meet the expectation and demand of the customers, but you just have to remember that sprint is still a business institution not a charity inst. so basically we go on the policy set by sprint which is just fair for everybody.
