Is there anything to be gained by starting a class action suit against Sprint for contract compliance failure or false advertising. If so does anyone have an idea as to the best way to proceed?

I BOUGHT THE NEW TREO FROM SPRINT ( MAJOR MISTAKE #1). WHEN I ORDERED THE PHONE, THE CALL TOOK OVER 1 HOUR BECAUSE THE REP WAS BASED IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY AND COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. SHE DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE VARIOUS SALES DEALS THEY WERE OFFERING.

AFTER RECEIVING THE PHONE: THE PHONE SCREEN CRACKED AFTER 1 MONTH BECAUSE SPRINT DOES NOT SELL THE APPLICABLE CARRY CASE. THE PHONE SLID OUT OF THE CASE SPRINT SOLD ME BECAUSE IT WAS NOT MADE FOR THIS PHONE. SPRINT REPAIR GAVE ME A REFURBISHED NOT A NEW PHONE AS A REPLACEMENT FOR MY "1 MONTH OLD" PHONE.

IN THE MEANWHILE, I BOUGHT ACCESSORIES AT THE LOCAL SPRINT STORE ( MISTAKE # 2). THE MANAGER OF THE STORE SOLD ME THE WRONG BATTERY. IT IS TOO BIG FOR THE PHONE. I JUST FOUND THIS OUT WHEN I WENT TO USE IT LAST WEEK. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE TWO TIMES. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING LIKE REPLACE IT OR CREDIT ME BECAUSE IT IS PAST THE 30 DAY RETURN PERIOD. EVENTHOUGH THE STORE MANGER SOLD ME THE WRONG BATTERY!!!!!

THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS NEVER SIGN UP WITH SPRINT, NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS AND NEVER CALL THEM FOR ANY REASON!!! THEY ARE IGNORANT, DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ARE DISHONEST!!! WHEN YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, THEY HANG UP ON YOU. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OVER 10 YEARS. IMAGINE HOW THEY TREAT NEW CUSTOMERS!

we were in upstate ny the last of may we were charged international roaming rates while there and also after we were back home in ohio, and they wouldn't drop it also. now we are going to drop sprint as well we have 3 phones on the account. i know of at least one business and two people who are droping sprint

I fired sprint as they were charging me a difrent ammount each month for various services that I did not use. Thier service did not cover the area so I also had to pay the $5.00 roaming charge. So Verizon does everything I need and no hassles with charges. Ballance at close was 423.33 after the "premature" stop of the contract. FINE... So I am paying $50.00 a month for each month, in by the 15th. I confirmed that this was good with the customer noservice. Each month I recieve a bill...blah, blah, blah. Now they have turned me over to collections. Contacting ANYONE is next to immpossible. Last help was from outter Sommoa, HUGE help. Do you think the FCC or the FTC can pick up the case? Mabe in mass we can bring some heat...

After drop calls, horrible services, lies after lies, over 6 months and still owe us over $300 and refuse to pay. Customer services was trained to lie and a minute basis.
