My company worked a deal with Sprint and dropped our very reliable AT&T cell service and switched us all to Sprint. Everyone has been in turmoil ever since. Their (Sprint) phones don't work......seriously....we have had a 68% fail rate with the smartphones they sent us that we have had to return. On top of crappy equipment, the reception is even worse. My company is in Kansas City........Sprint is based in Overland park, KS. You would think that at least in and around their base of operations they could set up a network that actually works. Example.....I can get reception in my driveway, but not in my house or in my backyard. There is a 5 mile stretch of highway that allows for almost no reception. No reception in our building unless you ore on the west side of the bldg and near a window. This is the worst cell service I have ever experienced. As stated by several others, the customer service reps are awful. We are required to respond to a Sprint Store to solve our phone issues. Each person we have talked to is uninterested in assisting you unless you are activating a new service. Horrible. A small minority of us ported our number to other carriers and will take a tax write off and pay for our own service for our work phones. Our CEO is just now coming to grips with the poor decision, but we were told that Sprint has threatened to levy a huge fine if our company tries to disolve the contract. Last I heard, we are stuck.

I too have been treated like a pos from Sprint lately. I have the Instinct and ever since I bought it I've had some type of problem. The plan that I'm on with both my parents gives us unlimited access to the internet, GPS, picture mail, and texting, but for the past couple of months I have been unable to use those to the fullest. Let alone, my father's picture mail won't even allow him to open messages. We've called and complained about it, along with about 15 other problems I've had or am still having with my phone, yet all we get is the usual Customer Service Rep that reads from a computer screen on what to say, they're trained to repeatedly say the same thing, in attempts to piss you off beyond means and get you to give up.. Me and my mother were put on hold numerous amounts of times, for 20-45 minutes, listening to their obnoxiously annoying and loud music, and then given attitude or sarcastic remarks when actually talking to someone. They say they're transferring your call to their 'supervisor' or the next higher up person, when in reality, they're sticking you on hold, probably eating, dl'ing porno, or screwing around for about 30 minutes, and then they hand the phone over the the guy in the next cubicle who, go figure, is dumber than the person you just spoke to. Needless to say after hours of trying to come to a solution, we're still stuck with our basically 'broken' phones.

What's the point in paying for certain things monthly, when I'm incapable of accessing it on my phone? Not to mention, the "best" solution to our problem was me being given a phone so old and worthless, Sprint doesn't advertise it, make it, or sale it anymore. A phone that has/had poor user ratings and reviews, and the first version ever made of the phone. So basically a phone that's incapable of doing what my broken Instinct can do... It's just used for cases like this, where they only intend to butt f*ck you some more and drain you for whatever else they can get.

Excuse my french, but I'm so completely and utterly disgusted with the way I was treated today, I hope Sprint comes tumbling down one day.

And I hope blogs and sites like this spread more... It's time for Sprint's karma to catch up to them.

Sprint screwed me over bigtime. They promised something, then recanted. I've spent 2 hours on the phone ith them in the last 2 days to no avail. I spend a boatload of money with them every year, have for years. They treat me like I'm a joke, even though I'm a "preferred customer." I'm fighting back BPGlobalPR style. Please follow DanFromSprint on Twitter and urge all your friends to do the same. It would be much appreciated.
