defense, I'm sure you mean well. That is... Customer First and all. Problem is, the company you work for is bound up tighter than a potbelly pig on sawgrass. Listen, the days of 2 year contracts, nickle and dime charges are on their way out. Nobody wants to get tapped for every SMS or data xfer ala carte. Folks should get more bundled services for a flat rate. Personally, I think you are fighting a losing battle. Power to the people!!!

I am a sprint representative who works directly with all of sprints customers every day, and I try very hard every day to help out every person I talk to. I offer exceptional customer service skills. As well do all of my fellow employees in my departement. Some of the irate people I deal with every day however could use a chill pill. I t gives me great joy when I explain VALID CHARGES to a sprint cust and they go from the point of having a heart attack to realizing that we were right, It really is too bad if all our cust will not have an open mind and calm down to understand that. So please remember that the next time you blow a fuse at your friendly neighbrhood sprint reresentative. Thank you for calling sprint and you have a nice day

Well Let me tell yo what happend to me and you can judge if I'm a slack ass or the company your defending is. I was with Nextel and in my opinion I still am. I switched my phone over to a IC502 cause Nextel service ain't to great. I did this in January I did not sign a new contract or update my plan, When I was with nextel I had the 2000min for 99.99 5.00 for every 50min's over up to 2500min's then it would switch over to 10 cents a min there after. I pay my bill's electronically and don't really pay to much attention to them sense I have NEVER had a problem with nextel. Well guess what they changed my plan to a 99.99 for 2000min 5.00 for every 30min upto 2300min and 20 cents a minute there after, They took 200min's out of the 50.00 up charge for the flexable plan (use to be 2500, now 2300) and increased it to 20 cent's per min.
I used 2748 min in one month. I should have been charged 174.79(usage only charge, not including the taxes which were screwed upto) instead I was charge 99.99 for the 2000min. 50.00 for the 300min and get ready for this 89.60 for the 448 over the 2300
My overage for this month alone should have only been the 50.00 fo rhte 500mins and 24.80 for the 248 min's. I was offered to settle with them for half of what they thought they owed me. I told the lady I will pay what my plan call's for but nothing more and nothing less. According to here they overchaged me on min's by 215.40 and offered me 107.70, HOW in the hell can anyone defend a company that has signed contract's of service that change there customer's plan's with out informing there customer's and than states they over charge you 215.40 and will settle it with you for half. What the hell has this country of big bussiness turned to. As a consumer we alway's have to fight! Just do business right, do what you say your gonna do, and when a mistake is made, don't blame your freaking customer and put them in a position of take it or leave it. I now have no access to my on-line billing and was todl that I could get a court order if I wanted to go that route so I could get tehm released but that will take about 6 months. And that was from the customer service rep, Thank god it's legal to tape conversation's in North Carolina. I'll be going to my lawyer tomorrow, cause I ain't got the time to deal with stupid shit like this. Some of the stuff she said and the reason's she gave along with company procedures, that are in place and what she is allowed to do will interest some consumer's and I have a very good felling that the local news is gonna love this story! Than again they may be running ad's for sprint? This country has and is going to hell in a handbag. More and more we are hearing how these huge companies are mak'n record profit's Now I understand why? They steal, and then put it off on the customer take it or leave it. "walkawys" claim's handling

I see all of you low lifes complaining about your Sprint service however did you ever take a moment and think that as a customer you are the fucking pits. You bitches dont pay your bill, beg and plead for credits, phones and services that you dont qualify for, you have poor damn credit. Its a shame I know you think Sprint sucks but shit Sprint hates the fuck out of you non-paying complaining shit head tricks that thinks the world revolves around your 29.99 non-paying ass. So, when you go over your minutes and dont pay or call customer care, think to yourself that I am piece of shit that does not deserve to live and if you are that unhapy get another provider---DUH stop whining anc crying, oh I forgot you cant get another provider-you fucked up credit will not allow you. I you drop more calls for being a pain in the ass low life bitches.
