I HAD A FRIEND WORK FOR SPRINT PCS AND SHE WOULD TELL ME ABOUT ALL THE CALLS SHE WOULD GET, LIKE ON HER FIRST DAY SHE GOT A CALL WITH A CUSTOMER THAT THE BILL WAS ALL MESSED UP, SHE TOLD ME THAT THE PHONES WERE NOT ON A FAMILY PLAN, SO EACH PHONE WAS USING ITS OWN MINUTES, OF COURSE HER FIRST DAY ON THE PHONE BY HERSELF, SHE STILL NEW HAS NO CLUE HOW TO FIX IT AND NO SUPERVISOR AROUND, TO HELP, SHE JUST TOLD THE CUSTOMER THAT SHE FIXED THE PROBLEM AND THAT IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO SEE A CREDIT AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT THE BILL, THE CUSTOMER HUNG UP AND MY FRIEND JUST CLOSED THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING, THATS SPRINT FOR YOU.
