I have been a SpringPCS customer for over 8 years & they have done nothing but go to hell in a hand basket since they purchased Nextel. Sprint is so far in debt & losing money faster then the U.S. government they are screwing every one they can even dedicated customers like myself. As of today 04-11-08 I closed out a major business account as well as several personal accounts I had with these crooks. Any company that moves it'sm customer service dept over to China or some other 4th world slime pit should move there them selves and see if those people want their crap. Sprints customer security SUCKS as bad as Sprint does as a whole.
Let me be the first to say SPRINT GO TO HELL you suck and I can hardly wait for the day your sorry ass shuts your doors.
