After having my Sprint plan for over a year my Sprint PCS phone stopped working. I went to the local Sprint PCS store and after an hour of waiting I was told I had to buy another phone and sign up for an additional 2 year plan that was more expensive than my present plan or pay a lot of money to get out of my old plan! So after buying this new phone and signing up for this more expensive plan the lazy a@@ said I could not transfer my phone contacts.

I have been with Sprint for 2 and a half years. I have had problems with them overbilling me since day one. Every month I call and dispute my bill. Every month they credit or act like they will credit my account. I have upgraded my phones once because the phones I was issued when starting the plan was junk and so I paid for better phones. Finding out that once I use my upgrade benefit my plan starts over another two years for each phone line. They never told me this while I was upgrading. I was told when I got mad and tried to cancel my lines. Now I am stuck until 2008. So it goes on that every month I call in to dispute my bill and get "disconnected". They charge me for premium services that I never requested or bought. THey charge me for texting that was part of my "old" plan but not my new so I have to pay $15 for my primary phone to text and I already pay $17.50 for my second line to have text and vision. They suck!! I finaly asked if I changed plans that would include all thay I want and they want $150 per month for everything. I refuse to pay anything more that what I figure is the bill and they can never figure out what all the extra charges are for. Four people have tried to credit me for these but for some reason they never do. I hate Sprint but I am stuck!!!
