I am Furious. I had pictures and important info on my sd card that went back 3 years. Joslyn at Gilbert/ University store in Mesa AZ FRIED my sd card. Erased all contacts ringtones Everything that was saved to fone . Also fried my micro sd card. She should not be allowed to touch fones much less work on them. I am now trying to get sprint to cover the cost of a new sd card. I know good luck huh! I did not have these problems with my Tmobile or ATT&T. I want my old fone service back. Unfortunatly I thought I was going to save money with sprint. It does not save anything when your fone is your life and all contacts and info are wiped out. I should have backed up info... My usb ports on my laptop have crashed its a motherboard malfunction so I couldnot. Have I saved money switching to a cheaper fone co? I am out irreplaceable photos and contacts the price of a fone and undoubtably a cancelation fee. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY LOWER FONE RATES THE FRUSTRATION OF DROPPED CALLS AND EQUIPMENT FAILURE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS you pay one way or another!!!

I CAN NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY SOMEONE WOULD COMPAIN ABOUT PRICING AND GOING TO VERIZON WHEN SPRINTS VALUE IS EASILY THE GREATEST IF YOU GET ON THE RIGHT PLAN. LOOK AT THE NUMBERS, ITS NOT HARD TO SEE. IF YOU ARE IN A MESSAGING PLAN AND USE THE INTERNET YOU WILL GET CHARGED. THIS IS TRUE FOR EVERY SINGLE CARRIER. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME. IF YOU ARE AN IDIOT AND TALK FOR 500 HOURS AT 11 AM WHEN YOU SHOULD BE WORKING ANYWAY THEN YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A HUGE BILL WITH WHATEVER COMPANY YOU ARE WITH. THEN YOU WILL COMPALIN ABOUT THEM, THEN GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE UNTIL YOU HAVENTS PAID YOUR BILL WITH ALL MAJOR CARRIERS AND HAVE TO GET A PREPAID PHONE. I was tricked into changing from no contract to contract status by a seemingly nice rep who said my over-minutes charges could be paid out over a couple of months.
After 2+ hours of hold and bouncing around I finally was talked down to by some arrogant prick who offered to credit me for 1/2 the overage if I would upgrade to a more expensive plan with more minutes.
After telling everyone at Sprint this was a one time overage and I had already just upgraded/increased my plan minutes in Feb when I first got the overage bill, I was told there's nothing anyone can do.
Well there's something I can do. I walked down the street and took my family plan to Metro PCS. No contract, no ID, no BS, and for $75 BEFORE rebate, I walked out the door with a new phone (they ported my contacts for me in the store) and a month's service paid for.
Service for unlimited text and calling will be about $40 a month with no contract.
Screw you Sprint and take your last bill and stick it where the sun doesn't shine.
