I work for sprint nextel also. Let me say this first, the worst thing this company did was outsource the customer care jobs to god knows where out of the usa. It was went down hill from there.Every time i find fraudulent activity, 9 times out of 10 the agent that did it was in Manila. No lie.



Next, Sprint CAN block premium services but if the customers would do what we tell them they wouldnt have these charges. Reply stop quit unsubscribe blah blah blah.



Next, any bill you have bills in advance so why do you complain so much when we do it? Do you whine this much when you electric company does it when you move??? Nol. Do they give u credit for it? no way.



Next, if my phone breaks do u think us cellular is going to apy my bill? no way. I have a contract and i know what that is. So do you so shut up already.



Next, we only have english and spanish agent, so if you dont speak either one of these, go prepaid cuz we cant help you.



Next, we can use the bathroom in case of emergencies in usa. So that is bullshit.
