It appears that calling Sprint PCS Customer Service on the 7th of March has paid off. Today, I recevied a bill from Sprint PCS in the amount of -$39.86. My previous balance was $273.10, which I was credited. I also recevied a credit (check actually) in the amount of $39.86 for "Total Tax Adjustments Mar 20." It appears that this saga may finally be over.
