I can't believe I stayed with sprint for as long as I did, When I came to my senses and decided to cancel service I called sprint to let them know I was canceling and to send me my final bill at the time the bill was about $250, they prebill you for the following month (which allows for many mistakes and additional late fees, it's a trick they use to get more money) Anyway I cancelled mid month and they said half of the bill would be prorated and the final bill should be less than $250, a few weeks later I get a letter from sprint mentioning they were taking me to collections but yet they didn't send me my final bill as of yet, and the bill was higher than $250, they mentioned fees from last year!!!!Last year!!!And this was the first time I'm hearing of this! I am used to hearing about mysterious overages and late fees and secret fees I'm used to charges happening out of the blue with this company, I just told her I'll pay it, I didn't care anymore! Take my money!Rape me financially if you want!!A company like this will not last much longer!!!Sprint is screwing themselves!!!I will tell as many people as possible!!
