As many know Sprint Sucks big time!! I have had it with sprint. Almost a year of bull!!! They have your spending limited so much lower than your minutes on your plan so that you go over, and then when you call them they have people who cant explain you bill so they put you on hold then someone moran gets on and you have to go thru the whole story again!! My bill in one month time is over 600$ and there is no web, theres umlimited nights and weekends started at 6pm. SPRINT SUCKS DONT GET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called sprint(in June )to have my service disconnected because the service was so bad. I was told the total bill would be $250 to pay final bill and disconnect fee was included in this total.I agreed so I could get rid of this awful company and switch to a better one. When I got the final bill somehow it had turned into $443. I called and we had many discussions as to the jump in the bill. Since no one there speaks ENGLISH, I said "whatever" I just want out. So I paid the $443. In October I received another bill from Sprint, saying I owed a late fee of $20 dollars. I also paid it and thought it was over. I have a new service and things are 100 % better. Now it is february 1st and I receive another bill from Sprint saying I still owe $7. What is this? This company is isn't getting enough money from customers they are still charging people who no longer have them. OUTRAGEOUS
