Welcome to the SprintPCS-sucks Blog. I started this Blog as a method to relieve a little stress, vent some frustration, effect some action against Sprint PCS cellular service, and hopefully entertain. You can post anonymous comments or you can register for an account.

I'M A "LEGACY NEXTEL EMPLOYEE" AS SPRINT CALLS US. RATHER STEP CHILDREN. I'M LOCATED IN KANSAS CITY (WORLD HEADQUARTERS) A 1.6 BILLION DOLLAR COMPLEX. I'VE NEVER WORKED FOR A COMPANY WHO TREATS THEIR EMPLOYEES WITH SUCH DISRESPECT AS THIS ONE. PLEASE, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CELL PHONE GO WITH T-MOBILE OR VERIZON. SHOW SPRINT THAT THE WAY THEY TREAT THE EMPLOYEES DIRECTLY REFLECTS ON THEIR STOCK!!

In a nut shell -- one of my statements was billed as PER A MINUTE CALLS instead of on my plan, I have talked with at least 10 different divisions and SPRINT just keeps passing me around. A $99 billing has turned into $1000 !!! Avoid SPRINT at all costs... I switched to Verizon and my bill is always what the plan says it is --- Just $99!! Too bad NO ONE at SPRINT customer service speaks English either.

I mistakenly went to your website, and, I must say that I am dismayed at your obviously one-sided comments. You should be thankful that the customer service representatives at Sprint speak English as a first language.
