I had been with sprint for 5 years and when my contract was about to be over I decided to cancel it. I follow the steps told to me by an Sprint employee which was to call on Oct.9, 2007 and cancel my service and I did. The very next day I pick up At&T service and continued to use my same number. Well I just got a bill from Sprint for $120 for the month of October. How can they charge me for a month that wasn't used? The day that I canceled I was told that I would be prorated for those nine day? Does anyone have any suggestion on what I should do?

Here's a saying I heard a while back...
"The worst wireless company out there is the one your with".. This is so true. For every negative comment I read here about Sprint, I can find the same comments on other sites pertaining to Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and others. Just deal with it people!!! Its a wireless technology that will never be perfect. If you don't want dropped calls, use a wireline phone..

I had been with sprint since about the middle of '04. In the fall of this year, I switched to AT&T a) in order to get away from sprint where I was getting continual dropped calls and b)to put phone, cell, internet and Direct TV under one roof. Sprint now tells me that I owe them $400 for terminating 2 lines early. They say their notes show I agreed to another 2 year contract sometime in the middle of '06. I have no such recollection. I have told sprint I have no intention to pay this amount and that if they wish to insist, I will see them in court. What have others experienced in this regard?

I was just wondering How many Sprint PCS users go over their bill with a fine tooth comb? I know now for a fact that for the past 1.5 yrs (Apr 06 to Aug 07) Sprint had continually over charged us to a tune of over $1250. We had addressed the problem of them over billing us on several different occassions and each time the fix lasted for approx 2 months. My thing is this, if they over billed me $1250 how many of their other millions of clients did they over bill? Then instead of facing the music they just chose to drop them. Contact me if your one of the many that was being over billed because I am considering taking this fight to an all new level.
