I've been a loyal Sprint customer since 1989. I've never signed up with another carrier but I'm ready to do so now. I've been waitng for Sprint to announe a release date for the Blackberry Bold for almost a yar. When you call them up the best answer you get is "We're thinking around September." Call in eptember and its" "We're looking towards Halloween." I called last wee and now its "We're looking towards a Christmas release date." COME ON!!!
I'm sick and tired of dealing with a provider that plods along, doesn't listen to its customers and is the last of the carriers to get new products which, by the time Sprint gets them, are second hand news by the time they're in the Sprint stores!
I'm walking over to Verizon and At&T with the number I've had thru Sprint for almost 20 years and seeing what I can get.
TO SPRINT: TAKE A GUESS WHY YOU'RE LOSING CUSTOMERS AND SUCKING WIND!!!!

I have found that it is necessary to have Sprint confirm pricing and terms in writing in order to receive promised service and pricing. Without that support, they tend to bill at otrher rates and terms. I do not know but do wonder if it is integrity of incompetence creating the issues.
Eventually, with the support of the written commitments the issues are resolved. Thje problem is the enormous time spend correcting the issues and the inability of the Sprint representative to take ownership.
Personally, I need to decide if I renew with Spring in December. My only real issues are the administrative ones, but I am really tired of spending my time to correct there errors.

WOW do they suck! I just got off the phone with a "supervisor" - there is nothing he can do! I guess I will have to wait for them to take me to Small Claims cause I'm not paying those lousy thieves!

I wish I had read the previous writer's info before I cancelled with Sprint for poor service. My company (10 lines) had been a customer of Nextel & Sprint for 15 years and when Sprint acquired Nextel the service was even worse than before. I tried to get satisfaction but their only answer was to ask Sprint to put up more towers in our area! We have two within 2 miles of our location;one northwest and one northeast. When our field techs (we're a burglar and fire alarm installation and service company) threaten to slam the @#$% phone into a wall because they can't communicate with anyone, Sprint can't fix it it is time to make a change. We had to leave our phones in the windows of our office because they would poll all the time and run the batteries down. We had no signal anywhere but near a window - how in heaven's name do we work under those conditions? We stood it for 15 years and then caved to Verizon. I can walk anywhere in our building with signal - no dropped calls and push to talk. There is free calling between Verizon phones - unbelieveable. Now they are trying to get me for $2600 "early termination fee" - in my opinion it was not early enough! Thanks for listening. I am currently awaiting a call from a supervisor to see what they can do!
