on Sunday 10/22/2006, there is an article that was published in the Wall Street Journal which states Cell Fee Hikes Offer an Out. You are now able to cancel your shitty SPRINTPCS Contract with no penalty because they breached the contract by increasint the cost of the text message from $.10 to 0.15 for each message.



Please call 888-567-5528 because you only have 30 days from the date of the fee hike which took place effective 10/1/2006****SO HURRY AND CANCEL YOUR PLANS BEFORE 10/31/2006 AND AVOID THE EARLY TERMINATION FEE. i ACTUALLY DID THIS, KEPT MY NUMBER AND NOW I HAVE A CARRIER THAT ACTUALLY DOESNT BULLSHIT ME.

Boy oh boy am I fed up with sprints inability to have or maintain adequate records of the account holders. For example I have had since I did a mistake of getting service with them having unlimited text and unlimited internet usage well on numerous ocassions particularly last week when my service was interrupted after giving a payment was activated then again turn off I spend my sunday arguing with a little foreign representative that did not squat on how to help me. She past me to her supervisor which was helpful but did not know why my services were turn off or for that matter certain games were added to my account when I don't even like video games. They had no explaination to finish Sprint sucks and I can't wait to switch service.

All you people need to learn what common sense is. There are certain policies and procedures that we employees have to follow, and if you don't like it leave. Sorry we can't get you something for nothing, but if Sprint did that for everyone, there would be no Sprint. Grow a brain for once, and deal put yourself in the shoes of a cust. rep. Dont be an ass or a bitch to the rep, it won't get you anywhere.

Subject: SPRINT DOESN'T SUPPORT TROOPS

I have just emailed, like it will go anywhere important, SPRINPCS because my daughter and her husband are being transferred to Germany. He is in the Air Force. They have 2 months left on their contract with SprintPCS. I have, had, and account with SprintPCS also. They told my daughter that if they cancel before the end of November 2006 they will be charged $250.00. Thank you SPRINTPCS for supporting OUR TROOPS. I hope the CEO of Sprint never has an attack in his city and needs the Air Force to save his BUTT. Nice way to treat our Military personnel.
