Lost job, had cell phone account disconected. Called to pay past due. (Approximatly $500.00) Transfered to New Delhi and spoke to Ranjit who told me I could only have account turned back on if I paid the past due PLUS the $365 following bill which was not even due yet (For two weeks) When asked, Ranjiy who was obviously reading fromna prompt card stated that is what I need to do and could not elaborate why Sprint could not accept the past due only. I cancelled the account and went to Verizon.
