Welcome to the SprintPCS-sucks Blog. I started this Blog as a method to relieve a little stress, vent some frustration, effect some action against Sprint PCS cellular service, and hopefully entertain. You can post anonymous comments or you can register for an account.

Subject: Untold pain and suffering
Posted by: jf000101

Last June, 2008 I received an upgrade phone from SprintPenisCocksuckerSeminsucker.com. On their internet site, it state the phone would be in an activated state since I was current with my payments. I suffered numerous near fatal heart attacks while trying to contact 911 emergency services on this 'activated phone'. All I got was "American Roaming Network Welcomes You! "Please enter the credit card number you wish to pay from" since I do not own or posses a credit card I was fucked. I suffered until I purchased and activated a phone from AT&T. I also possess (not for long, I'm switching to cable modem -- twice as fast, not a single dropped connection and at half the $65.00/month charge) a Sprint Aircard which works when it wants to. It consistantly and without fail drops me off the internet, usually when I'm sending emails. I do not dare refer to this as a broadband connection since the definition of broadband includes the fact that it consists of download speeds in excess of 1 million bytes per second(1MBS) WHICH SPRINT PCS IS INCAPABLE OF. I tested my connection using various online tests and found the download speed to be about 480 Kilobytes Per Second on all ten sites I tried at various times and days. I have installed, troubleshot and repaired T1 circuits for over ten years and have programmed Cisco routers offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. I know what I'm saying when I state "Sprint Internet Service Is NOT Broadband by any stretch of the imagination" Subscribe to cable and get 5+ Megabyte Per Second Download speed. It costs about $40.00/month instead of $65.00/month, and you can probably be guaranteed you won't get dropped while attempting to send a text email message.

By the way, after I lost the last Sprint phone I had, they were kind enough to prohibit me access to the Sprint online account management system. I can't even log in to Sprint.com. They texted me a new password(even though I did not request one) even though all text messaging was disabled on my phone at my request. I called customer suck.. er service and was told they cannot do anything about it.

ROADRUNNER, HERE I COME!
